The term ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance and in our understanding, taking ESG into account covers the following topics :

Environmental : Pollution, waste management, consumption of natural resources
Social : Fair trade, health and safety in the work environment, and equal opportunities
Governance : Anti-bribery / corruption, business ethics, risk management and control systems

ESG is approached in a participatory manner and both Managing Partners and Investment Associates are exposed to this issue in their daily work. Panthera will not invest in unethical businesses.
