Panthera, an employee-owned private equity firm specialising in growth financing for medium-sized companies
We take an entrepreneurial and long-term approach, investing in companies with a strong market position. Our aim is to align our interests with those of our investors.
We do this by investing our own money in each fund we launch. The significant employee ownership of our funds enable an alignment of interests and objectives with our investors.
One of the first. And still a pioneer
We are dedicated to developing a private equity industry in Bangladesh. With the launch of our first private equity fund, we will arrange and accompany investments in medium-sized growth companies. Driven by entrepreneurship and pioneering spirit, we think and act like a responsible owner of a family business.
